We're Hiring!

We are looking for an experienced HRO Payroll Assistant Manager with strong expertise in Global Payroll Operations, International Payroll Processing, Payroll Compliance, and Vendor Management. If you have experience managing multi-country payroll operations and ensuring accurate payroll delivery while maintaining compliance, this opportunity is for you.

 Location : Bangalore

Experience :  8–10 Years

Salary Up to ₹12 LPA

Shift : Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries.

  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, taxes, deductions, and statutory payments.

  • Maintain employee payroll and master data with high accuracy.

  • Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors and ensure SLA adherence.

  • Ensure compliance with international payroll regulations and statutory requirements.

  • Validate payroll outputs through audits and reconciliation processes.

  • Generate payroll reports, payslips, and payroll registers.

  • Resolve payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.

  • Support payroll audits and year-end payroll activities.

  • Drive process improvements and ensure payroll data confidentiality.

Required Skills

  • 8–10 years of Global or International Payroll experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing and Payroll Compliance.

  • Experience with multi-country payroll operations.

  • Vendor Management experience.

  • Knowledge of payroll software such as SAP, Workday, ADP, Oracle, or similar.

  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Experience supporting audits and payroll reporting.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
