We are hiring an experienced RTR Associate Manager to lead end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in General Ledger, Financial Close, Financial Reporting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, IFRS/US GAAP, ERP systems, and team management within a Shared Services, BPO, GCC, or multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Manage General Ledger accounting and ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or Local GAAP.
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and fixed asset accounting.
Support statutory reporting, audits, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
Lead, mentor, and develop RTR team members while driving operational excellence.
Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, Procurement, and Business Finance teams.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance transformation projects.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while meeting SLAs and compliance standards.
Required Skills
7–10 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR), General Ledger, or Financial Accounting.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, Financial Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP systems.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing finance teams in Shared Services, BPO, GCC, or multinational organizations.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
