We are hiring an experienced RTR Associate Manager to lead end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in General Ledger, Financial Close, Financial Reporting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, IFRS/US GAAP, ERP systems, and team management within a Shared Services, BPO, GCC, or multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.

  • Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and financial statements.

  • Manage General Ledger accounting and ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or Local GAAP.

  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and fixed asset accounting.

  • Support statutory reporting, audits, SOX compliance, and internal controls.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop RTR team members while driving operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, Procurement, and Business Finance teams.

  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance transformation projects.

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while meeting SLAs and compliance standards.

Required Skills

  • 7–10 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR), General Ledger, or Financial Accounting.

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, Financial Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP systems.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience managing finance teams in Shared Services, BPO, GCC, or multinational organizations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

  • CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
