SENIOR SCRUM MASTER - MANAGER

Level: Senior Manager (15+ years of experience)

Role: Sr. Scrum Master/PM

Location: Major Tech M locations (Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune preferred)

Notice period: Immediate

Shift Timing: Australian shift (starting from 7 am)

Budget: 28 LPA

Setup - Hybrid

They are also open for pan India Tech Mahindra location if someone is immediate joiner

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune

R&R:

● Experience executing the Scrum Master role for a minimum of 4-5 year in a software development team, diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory

● Jira hands on experience is mandatory.

● Knowledge of burndown techniques, retrospective formats, bug bashing, etc.

● Experience working with Agile oriented User Stories, ATDD, TDD, continuous integration, continuous deployment and automated testing

● Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

● Leads the team on self-organizing to fulfill the Agile/Scrum framework

● Ensures Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason, make the tough calls

● Assesses the Scrum Maturity of the team/organization and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team/organization

● Responsible for removing impediments to team progress

● Facilitates discussion to identify alternatives or different approaches, enable decision making, and / or resolve conflict

● Enables an environment of trust where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of problem solving

● Supports and educates the Agile team’s PO, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the backlog

● Provides support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible
