• End to End Recruiting responsibility, which involves requirement
gathering, Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews, salary discussion,
and onboarding.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social
media, job boards, networking, and advanced tools (LinkedIn, GitHub,
Stack Overflow, etc.) to identify and engage top talent.
• Partner with the hiring managers to understand their expectations
regarding the quality, quantity, cost & time.
• Source candidates to include both active and passive job seekers to
provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each recruiter;
exercise creativity to find candidates.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on candidate
pipeline status, diversity, and recruiting efficiency.
• Fully evaluate candidate’s background against the requirements
provided by Manager, and process leads using ATS (Applicant Tracking
System).
• Manage your efforts efficiently; maintain the highest levels of client
satisfaction as well as strong operations and reporting of research
activities.
Must have:
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, with a focus on
sourcing and full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in identifying and attracting talent for various roles.
• Strong experience with advanced sourcing techniques and tools (e.g.,
Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
• Previous experience working in a fast-growing or tech-driven
organization is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
build relationships and engage candidates effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
requisitions simultaneously.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze and report on recruitment
Good to have
• Fair understanding of the usage of ATS
• Good understanding of Zoho and Servicenow
• Preferred knowledge of working on HCM modules for candidate Data
update & Reporting & dashboards (statistical techniques)
• Experience in managing tools and software (Excel, PowerBI etc.)
