Job Title: Customer Data Specialist
Role/Skill: Customer Data Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Data Specialist with strong expertise in SAP and SMAX service operations. The role involves managing service master data, ensuring seamless system integration, and supporting service and logistics operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain SMAX Service Contracts, Parts, Technicians, and Stocking Locations
Perform SAP Customer Setup, Technician Setup, and master data maintenance
Manage Installed Base (IB) lifecycle including creation, updates, and decommissioning
Execute scheduled and unscheduled Work Order (WO) creation in SMAX
Handle customer master change requests and ensure SAP–SMAX data accuracy
Perform ATP (Available-to-Promise) checks for service readiness
Manage software version updates and system configurations
Ensure governance and accuracy of service-related master data
Required Skills & Expertise:
Strong working knowledge of SAP and SMAX service operations
Experience in service order lifecycle and master data management
Analytical skills for ATP validation, IB accuracy, and service readiness
Strong coordination with service, logistics, and technical teams
High attention to detail and data governance
Eligibility Criteria (Must Have):
5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics operations
Experience in transportation planning, warehouse coordination, and shipment tracking
Ability to reconcile shipment discrepancies and resolve issues
Hands-on experience with ERP/TMS/WMS tools (SAP S/4, SAP TM/EWM, Oracle, Manhattan)
Familiarity with Ariba or e-invoicing platforms
Good to Have:
Experience in logistics, inventory management, and master data governance
Education:
Graduate with relevant experience in Supply Chain / Logistics
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power BI preferred)
Expectations:
Ensure end-to-end accuracy of service master data across SAP and SMAX
Support service contracts, Installed Base, and work order operations
Drive SAP–SMAX integration and data consistency
Identify and resolve operational gaps proactively
Support process improvements, audits, and system enhancements
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations
