Job Title: Learning Content Analyst
Experience: 3–5 Years
Band: BPO 2/3
Location: Bangalore
Work Type: Full-time (Flexible 24/7 operations; alignment with US shifts and night shift readiness required)
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Learning Content Analyst to support the administration and optimization of digital learning platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing learning experiences, managing content, and driving data-based insights to improve learning effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer the Degreed platform, including user management and system configuration.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand learning needs and objectives.
Develop and curate learning paths and content libraries aligned with employee development goals.
Monitor and analyze learning data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Support the development of standardized learning processes, templates, and procedures.
Ensure learning content meets accessibility standards and provides equitable access to all users.
Partner with business stakeholders to align learning solutions with expected business outcomes.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) and digital learning tools.
Experience troubleshooting platform-related and learner issues.
Ability to analyze learner engagement data and generate meaningful insights.
High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and reporting.
Strong collaboration skills to support tech-enabled learning design initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms (Degreed preferred).
Proven experience in content curation and learning pathway design.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in training and supporting users on learning platforms.
Ability to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
Certifications (Good to Have)
CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development)
