Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – BPO
Location: Perungudi, Chennai (Work from Office)
Experience: 5–10 years
Shift: Day Shift (Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 7 PM)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Preferred Joining: Immediate
We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing BPO. You will drive sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, salary discussion, and onboarding, ensuring a strong pipeline of top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and align expectations
Source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, and Boolean searches
Engage both active and passive candidates to build a qualified talent pool
Screen and evaluate candidates using ATS and recruitment tools
Schedule interviews, manage offers, and assist with onboarding
Track and report recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and diversity
Maintain high client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in BPO or tech-driven organizations
Proven success in sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates
Strong experience with Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and ATS
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Data-driven with experience analyzing recruitment metrics
Good to Have
Knowledge of Zoho, ServiceNow, Excel, Power BI
Experience with HCM modules and reporting dashboards
