Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced USRN Trainer to deliver and manage clinical training programs for nursing professionals supporting U.S. healthcare accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, experience in healthcare BPO training, and the ability to develop and facilitate high-quality learning programs that ensure operational readiness and compliance with U.S. healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) for USRN healthcare programs.
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
Ensure trainees meet competency, quality, and compliance standards before deployment.
Curriculum Development
Develop, review, and update training materials, assessments, and case studies.
Ensure alignment with client requirements, healthcare regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to maintain training effectiveness.
Evaluation and Coaching
Conduct assessments, certifications, and practical evaluations.
Provide coaching and developmental support.
Support nesting, shadowing, and transition-to-production activities.
Compliance and Reporting
Maintain accurate training records and reports.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA and internal compliance standards.
Submit training performance reports as required.
Continuous Improvement
Identify learning gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.
Participate in audits, calibrations, and client meetings.
Support initiatives to improve training effectiveness and clinical accuracy.
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) License.
Minimum 2–3 years of clinical bedside experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, etc.).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a USRN Trainer in a Healthcare BPO or U.S. Healthcare account.
Knowledge of Utilization Management, Case Management, Clinical Appeals, Triage, or Claims Review.
Familiarity with MCG/Milliman, InterQual, HIPAA, and U.S. healthcare regulations.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Experience in training delivery, facilitation, and coaching.
Willingness to work on-site/hybrid in Makati on a shifting schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design.
Certifications related to training and facilitation are a plus.
