CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTTIVE (ENG + MAND) FOR ATLEAST 2 YEARS
Job Description
Proficient in Mandarin Writing, Comprehension and Speaking skills as well and equivalent ability & capability in the English language as well; as this resource will be catering to the following channels of customer service:
1. Inbound Voice Queue
2. Email Queries received from the customer
3. Respond to the customer queries received in Mandarin (subject to the request from the customer to respond in Mandarin)
