Job Posting: Passenger Revenue Accounting (PRA) Specialist
Location: Mumbai (Candidates must currently reside in Mumbai only)
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
We are seeking a skilled Passenger Revenue Accounting (PRA) Specialist with international BPO experience to join our team. Graduation is compulsory for this role.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Process knowledge and experience in Passenger Revenue Accounting as per the job responsibilities.
- Knowledge of the Amadeus Passenger Revenue Accounting system.
- Experience in processing Outgoing & Incoming Billings with Other Airlines, including rejections & re-bills.
- Experience in the Evaluation of Correspondence on the SIS Web.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduated from any discipline.
- Diploma in Travel and Tourism or IATA UFTAA Certified (preferred).
Professional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of GDS/Amadeus/ATPCO (preferable).
- Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong analytical and numeric skills.
- Diligent, independent, and systematic approach to work.
- Customer orientation.
- Ability to learn processes quickly.
- Good communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Ability to cross-train or re-train.
Job Responsibilities:
Interline:
- Processing of Outgoing & Incoming Billings with Other Airlines, including rejections & re-bills.
- Evaluation of Correspondence on SIS Web.
- Reconciliation of Sales reports.
Sales:
- Handling of Missing Sales cases.
- Processing of Sales documents.
- Flight reconciliation.
- Updating of flight mismatches.
Uplift:
- Processing duplicate usage/Unreported usage checks based on the type of error.
- Updating of Paper documents/MCO/Excess baggage.
- Good communication via email for interacting with airport offices.
- General Uplift processing.
Master Data:
- Knowledge of various masters is to be maintained by an airline.
Maintenance:
- Knowledge of the interpretation of various Special Prorate Agreements (SPAs).
Accounting:
- Knowledge for General Ledger reconciliation in the PRA system.
