Role: Statistical Programmer

Band: BPO 4/5/6

Work Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore ( Applications from outside these cities will not be considered)

Salary Range: ₹11 – 20 LPA

Shift: General Shift

Reporting to: Delivery Manager

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must be based in Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore

Graduation is mandatory (Life Science / Computer Science / Statistics preferred)

Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAS Programming

International BPO experience required

Former TCS employees will not be considered

Required Skillsets

Strong expertise in SAS / R programming for ADaM, TFL, and statistical analyses

Team leadership experience in statistical programming (compound/indication/therapeutic area)

In-depth knowledge of CDISC standards and therapeutic domains (Oncology, Immunology, Neuroscience, etc.)

Hands-on experience with regulatory filings and documentation

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Statisticians, Clinical Data Management, Medical Writing, Regulatory Publishing, and Clinical Ops

Strong communication skills and ability to estimate project effort accurately

Key Responsibilities

Lead statistical programming activities for compounds/indications

Manage and mentor a team of statistical programmers

Ensure timely and quality deliverables across projects

Develop & oversee SAS programs for ADaM datasets, TLFs, and integrated data

Prepare regulatory submission documentation (reviewer guides, data definition documents)

Contribute to standard SAS Macros and SOPs
