Hiring: India Benefits Specialist | Bangalore

Experience: 4–8 Years
CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA
Band: BPO 3

Role Highlights:
• Manage end-to-end India Benefits Administration
• Handle NPS, reimbursements, health & insurance enrollments/claims
• Manage meal & fuel card programs and benefits deductions
• Handle vendor invoicing & stakeholder coordination
• Conduct employee onboarding & monthly benefits meetings
• Work with Workday & ServiceNow (Mandatory); Darwin exposure preferred
• Ensure compliance and timely resolution of employee/vendor queries

Must Have:
• 6–7 years relevant India Benefits experience
• Mandatory: Workday & ServiceNow
• Excellent English communication & presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder/vendor management
• Knowledge of payroll processing & cutoff timelines
• Confident, professional & employee-focused approach
• Willingness to work 24x7 shifts and from office
