Position: Team Lead – Employee Benefits
Location: Pune
Experience: 6–10 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Employee Benefits to manage and oversee claims reimbursement operations, particularly travel claims. The role involves quality review, team management, stakeholder coordination, escalation handling, performance reporting, and ensuring compliance with SLA and KPI requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Review claims processed by the team for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for stakeholders, addressing queries and providing timely updates.
Lead, guide, and support a team of claims processors while monitoring individual and team performance.
Analyze claims to identify trends, potential fraud indicators, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Handle and resolve escalations diligently within defined timelines.
Prepare and publish performance reports and metrics for leadership.
Maintain accurate process documentation and ensure effective cross-skilling of team members.
Ensure consistent achievement of defined SLAs and KPIs.
Drive process improvements and maintain a customer-centric approach.
Required Experience
6–10 years of relevant experience in managing claim reimbursements, preferably travel claims.
Prior experience in team handling or a supervisory role is preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
Commerce Graduate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict timelines.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
Customer-centric approach.
Good attention to detail and quality orientation.
