Data Management Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to manage customer data onboarding, integration, and ongoing maintenance across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in data operations, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and compliance while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customer data onboarding and integration across enterprise systems.
Capture, validate, and maintain customer data in accordance with defined data policies.
Handle high-volume, time-sensitive data processing while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Monitor data completeness, integrity, and consistency throughout the customer data lifecycle.
Perform root cause analysis for data-related issues and implement preventive measures.
Monitor system performance and coordinate with support teams for issue resolution.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Utilize automation and AI-enabled tools to improve data management efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

1–5 years of experience in Customer Data Management or Enterprise Data Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data management platforms or SaaS environments.
Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy practices.
Familiarity with SOP-driven and ticket-based support environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and adaptability.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
