Role: Center of Excellence

Location: Mumbai

Band: BPO4/ 5

Salary: 11 - 16 LPA

HC: 15

    

**Candidate should have sound knowledge of Logistics business processes – Sea/Road/Rail and Air. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Logistics and/or ocean freight forwarding domain. Should have been a manager for at least 3 years.**

**Keywords - Process improvement, process excellence, KPI, dashboard/ reporting, Analytics, Power BI, Freight forwarding, shipping line, etc.**

**Kindly avoid profiles from DHL & Maersk, as they won't be considered for further evaluation**



Knowledge and Qualification:

•    Graduation in any field

•    Preferred Degree in Commerce, International trade, Logistics

•    Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

•    Experience in back office setups will be added advantage



REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

•    Candidate should have sound knowledge of Logistics business processes – Sea/Road/Rail and Air

•    Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Logistics and/or ocean freight forwarding domain. Should have been a Manager for at least 3 years.

•    Enable to set up new business processes / procedures for Logistics / Freight forwarders companies

•    Experience in project planning, design implementation, monitoring hand in hand out between stakeholders

•    Experience in Operations Process. Vendor, Liner management / Follow up and tracking procedures

•    Familiar in Logistics Marketplace concepts and customer demands

•    A Domain expertise with comprehensive knowledge of business processes, Process Management



JOB PURPOSE:

To be able to provide and manage E2E logistic services on a digital platform. Handling customer interactions via email / Chat, booking and support Customer Service related queries as agreed in the scope. Provide swift and defect free documentation to customers, ensure each document meets customer requirements as mentioned in SOP. Coordinate for operations with local vendors



KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

•    Representing the project as a FF/Logistic expert

•    An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

•    Experience of leading teams with high visibility and performance driven

•    People Management, Conflict management and Influencing Skills

•    Working closely with Customer, multiple stakeholders to set up and establish an ocean Logistics /Freight forwarder team.

•    Should be able to proactively drive internal initiatives with high sense of urgency.

•    Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within timeline



**Graduation is compulsory**

**PAN and DOB is required in creating Employee profile in the databas
