Job Description for Team Leader
Job Title: Mortgage Team Leader
Required: 2
Band: BPO3/4
Salary: 9 - 11 LPA
Shift: US shift time
Reporting To: Operations Manager – Mortgage Operations
Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a Business/Finance/Accounting related field)
Job Description:
To manage the client expectations, by proactively engaging in calls/discussions to understand the process requirement, planning out the work allocation plan, ensure timely completion and submission of tasks.
Typical Job Duties:
• Authorizing High value & sensitive customer payments
• Work Allocation & Tracking of completion
• SLA Tracking & Cut-off Tracking
• Periodic Volume Inflow Tracking
• Quality monitoring
• Monitoring of Daily checklist & Preparation of EOD report
• Be able to analyze and take appropriate decisions
• Be familiar with the required process documentation
• Be able to lead a team of 18 to 20 members
• Be willing to shoulder additional responsibilities on their own
• Have good working knowledge on Microsoft tools (Excel, Access)
• Coordinate with business and other internal units for any one-time tasks or projects
• Be well versed with risk assessment and audit documentation
• Proactively manage client expectation
• Coordinate with client vendors for normal BAU activities.
• Escalate / flag issues appropriately

• In depth understanding Mortgage servicing across research services, account updates, payments & Payoffs, default management
• Good team & process management skills
• Good MS Excel skills
• General management skills

Knowledge/Experience requisite
• 8 - 10 years of experience
