Hiring Alert | US Mortgage Bankruptcy Process
Location: Gandhinagar / Chennai
Experience: 1–7 Years
Band: BPO 2
Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA
Shift: US Shift
Work Mode: Mandatory WFO – 5 Days a Week
Role: US Mortgage Bankruptcy
What we're looking for:
- Working knowledge of Proof of Claims (POC), Motion for Relief (MFR), PPFN, PCN, NOFC
- Knowledge of Referrals to Release, Reaffirmations, Plan Review & SOI Review
- Understanding of Transfer Notices
- Experience with 410A forms & payment history preparation
- Experience preparing POC & MFR drafts for attorney review
- Good understanding of Chapter 13 guidelines — plan structure, repayment, discharge & eligibility
- Knowledge of Bankruptcy setup, closure & discharge processes
- Working knowledge of Chapters 7, 11 & 13
- Experience handling setup, corrections & modifications of key bankruptcy dates
Eligibility
- Minimum 15 years of education / degree completion
- 1–5 years of relevant domain experience preferred
- Good written & verbal communication skills in English
- Ex-TCS employees are not eligible
