Hiring: RTR Team Lead | Kolkata | ₹11–12 LPA

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 8–10 Years
Band: BPO 4
Salary: ₹11–12 LPA

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
B.Com, M.Com, CA (Preferred)
Bachelor's/Master's in Finance & Accounting or equivalent

Must-Have Skills

8–10 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) / Finance & Accounting
Minimum 3 years as an SME and 2 years of team handling experience
Lean Six Sigma certified (Black Belt preferred)
Strong knowledge of Journal Entries, GL, Month-End Closing, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations, and Reporting
Hands-on experience with SAP or JD Edwards (JDE)
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end R2R activities including Journal Entries, Month-End Closing, Reporting, Fixed Assets, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
Review work, perform quality checks, and support SMEs and team members.
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Identify process gaps, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Coordinate with internal and client stakeholders through governance calls and regular updates.
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities while meeting TAT and accuracy targets.
Mentor new joiners and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Requirements

Expert knowledge of SAP or JDE
5 Days Work From Office (WFO) is mandatory.
Flexibility to work extended hours and one weekend during Month-End Close.
