Job Title: Project Manager – Reservations

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8–10 Years
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Band: BPO 4

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager – Reservations to manage system migrations, hotel onboarding, OTA integrations, and cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate should have excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end system migration projects.
Coordinate hotel onboarding with Technology, Distribution, Sales, and Operations teams.
Oversee OTA onboarding and integration activities.
Track revenue performance and key business metrics.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
Ensure timely project execution and stakeholder communication.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
Drive process improvements and resolve project risks.

Required Skills:

8–10 years of project management experience.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with hotel systems, OTA platforms, or hospitality operations is an added advantage.
