Job Title : Supply Chain Planning & Scheduling Associate
Job Summary
The Supply Chain Planning & Scheduling Associate will be responsible for supporting supply chain planning and scheduling activities, analyzing supply and demand, reviewing ERP-generated exception messages, managing material requirements, monitoring overdue receipts and purchase orders, and ensuring optimum inventory levels. The role involves collaboration with Upstream and Downstream SCM teams, Expeditors, and other stakeholders to resolve supply-related exceptions, prevent stock-outs or over-ordering, and maintain smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review exception messages generated by the ERP system.
- Analyze supply and demand requirements.
- Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream SCM teams.
- Raise material requirements in the system for internal or external sourcing.
- Monitor overdue receipt reports.
- Coordinate with Expeditors to obtain overdue PO status and expedite pending orders.
- Identify and resolve supply chain exceptions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
- 2–5 years of professional experience.
- Prior experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) planning processes.
- Functional understanding of Upstream and Downstream SCM processes.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards, is preferred.

Work Requirements
- Must be willing to work rotational shifts.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts.
- Ability to analyze and resolve time-sensitive supply chain exceptions.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple SCM teams and stakeholders.
- Strong reporting and escalation capabilities.
