Role Overview

TCS is hiring an F&A Team Leader to lead Finance & Accounting operations supporting the Equities Market domain. The role involves managing a team, driving productivity, ensuring SLA compliance, analyzing financial information, overseeing operational performance, coaching analysts, and driving continuous process improvements while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 15–20 analysts.
Monitor production, productivity, and operational performance.
Review and manage client-defined SLAs and internal KPIs.
Analyze workload and resource utilization.
Drive process improvement initiatives.
Participate in client governance and relationship calls.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
Compile performance reports and customer feedback.
Support Finance & Accounting operations in the Equities Market domain.
Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience as an F&A Team Leader.
Finance & Accounting Operations.
Equities Market Knowledge.
