Job Title : Operations Manager | Google Operations | BPO Operations | Chennai / Indore

Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead large-scale Google Operations within a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have strong operational leadership experience, expertise in KPI management, workforce planning, compliance governance, and team development. Relevant Google Product/Process experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations while ensuring SLA, KPI, and compliance targets are consistently achieved.
Monitor operational performance, analyze business metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams through regular feedback and performance reviews.
Conduct daily operational meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.
Plan staffing requirements, workforce allocation, and resource optimization.
Identify operational risks and escalate critical issues to senior leadership.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, operational policies, and compliance requirements.
Drive productivity improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and business performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
5–10 years of Operations Management experience in the BPO/Shared Services industry.
Relevant Google Product or Google Operations experience is mandatory.
Proven experience managing large operations teams and delivering business results.
Strong knowledge of KPI management, workforce planning, compliance, and performance management.
Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 operational environment.
