TCS is hiring an SME for Technical Voice Support in Hyderabad. The role requires strong product knowledge, especially in Adobe products, along with the ability to support agents through knowledge transfer, refreshers, and technical guidance. The candidate should be confident in handling advanced technical queries and explaining solutions clearly to global customers.
Must-Have Competencies
Deep Adobe Product Expertise – Strong functional knowledge of Adobe products with the ability to handle “how-to” and advanced technical queries
Minimum 3–4 Adobe products knowledge required
Knowledge Transfer & Enablement – Ability to coach agents, conduct refreshers, and simplify product knowledge into agent-friendly guidance
B1/B2-level Voice Communication – Able to explain technical concepts and “how-to” steps to global customers with confidence and structure
Good-to-Have Competencies
Training / TTT Exposure – Experience attending KT or Train-the-Trainer sessions from clients
Training & Knowledge Sharing Experience – Prior experience conducting trainings, refreshers, KT sessions, or agent coaching will be an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in technical support voice process
Strong troubleshooting and product guidance ability
Good coaching and mentoring skills
Strong verbal communication for international customer handling
Ability to support floor teams with process and product knowledge
