Services to be provided:
1. Training support and facilitation of both or either: i) ERP deployment to SAP Ariba
P2P (Guided Buying), and ii) organizational change to new ways of working centered
on the following processes: source-to-contract, procure-to-pay (PR/PO/GR and
invoicing cycles), sourcing lifecycles, supplier management lifecycles. This includes:
Following the Global Training Manager to manage/deliver training content that
covers two key audiences - internal procurement employees as well as for our
global end-users.
Support/faciliate learnings using a range of training outputs catering to different
learning types including facilitator-led programs, experiential self-learning
modules and comprehensive knowledge articles to help end-users perform
transactional activities (including SAP Ariba Guided Buying and SAP 4/HANA),
leveraging material and assistance from suppliers.
2. Collaboration & Alignment:
Collaborate closely with our Learning & Development colleagues to ensure
alignment and leverage existing learning tools and expertise.
Liaise with our designated country Change Champions to test new training
content in advance of a pilot or as otherwise needed.
Actively support the designated Change Manager and Project Coordinators in
scheduling training session against project timescales and dependencies.
3. Training Material & Management:
Following the guidance ofthe Global Training Manager, ensure all training
materials conform to Client’s learning standards and are accessible through our
learning center.
Required Minimum experience:
Experience in learning & development/ training within a large international
organization, with a focus on center-led procurement/finance operations and
procurement lifecycle processes.
Experience delivering learning programs to a large, international user base,
preferably within corporate transformation context.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
MUST HAVE
Training in Sourcing and Procurement Domain, Good Communication, SAP Ariba, PR to PO
GOOD TO HAVE
Source to Pay, Good Presentation Skill
SKILL
Training in Sourcing and Procurement Domain
SAP, Ariba knowledge across procurment processes like raising PR
SHIFT TIMING
Should be okay with Rotational & Flexible shift(Including Night Shift)
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation**
