Role: General Ledger (RTR) – Project Costing

We’re looking for professionals with 3–7+ years of experience in Project Costing, General Accounting, Bookkeeping & Reporting to join our team in Gurgaon.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of General Accounting & Project Costing
GL Reconciliation, Journal Entries & Month-End Close
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Treasury and reconciliation knowledge
Good communication and problem-solving skills
MS Office — Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Strong domain expertise and result orientation
Ability to work effectively in a team
Maintain confidentiality of work-related information

Key Responsibilities

Job routing, invoicing & invoice distribution
GL reconciliation, job listing & WIP management
Materials allocation, labour hours & cost analysis
Statement of Values (SOV) and SOV invoicing
Journal entry preparation, posting & analysis
Accrual creation and posting
Internal & external customer communication
Month-end close activities
Process improvement & transformation
SLA/KPI tracking and reporting

Eligibility

Graduate with 3–7+ years of relevant Project Costing / General Accounting experience.

Important: Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
