CLM Analyst

Role Summary

We are looking for a CLM Analyst with strong Finance and Accounting knowledge and experience in cash flow management, cash forecasting, treasury operations, banking transactions, and working capital management. The candidate will support senior management and Finance & Treasury teams with cash management and analytical activities.

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

Support Senior Management and Finance & Treasury heads with financial analytics.
Prepare cash flow forecasts covering expected inflows and outflows.
Monitor and manage cash flows to ensure timely fulfillment of business obligations.
Monitor cash balances regularly and identify funding requirements.
Process interbank fund transfers, journals, and transactions through e-banking portals.
Schedule and process cash remittances and repatriations based on fund availability and business requirements.
Maintain adequate working capital for business contingencies.
Maintain and update bank mandates in accordance with company policies.
Support banking relationship management and coordinate with banking partners.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with treasury policies and controls.

Good-to-Have Skills

FRM Certification (GARP) preferred.
