Are you an experienced Inpatient Coder with QA/Audit experience? We are looking for qualified healthcare professionals with strong Inpatient Coding and Audit/QA experience.
Must reside in the Philippines and be eligible to work there.
Locations: BGC Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga
Work Setup: Temporary Work From Home
Schedule: Shifting

Headcount: 5
Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications
At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical/hospital experience.
At least 3 years of Inpatient Coding experience.
At least 1 year of Inpatient Audit/QA experience.
Must have a PHRN or relevant Medical Allied license.
Must hold at least one of the following certifications:
CCS
CPC
CIC
Certification must be relevant to Inpatient Coding.
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of medical coding standards.
Ability to work effectively in a non-voice environment.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality audits of Inpatient Coding activities.
Review coded medical records for accuracy and compliance.
Identify coding errors and provide appropriate feedback.
Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and quality standards.
Support continuous improvement of coding accuracy and processes.
Work closely with coding teams to identify recurring issues.
Maintain accurate audit and quality documentation.
