Are you an experienced Inpatient Coder with strong Audit/QA experience? We’re looking for qualified healthcare professionals to join a Non-Voice Inpatient Coding QA team.
Must reside in the Philippines and be eligible to work there.
Locations: BGC Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga
Work Setup: Temporary WFH
Schedule: Shifting

Start Date: ASAP
Headcount: 5

Qualifications
At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical/hospital experience
At least 3 years of Inpatient Coding experience
At least 1 year of Inpatient Audit/QA experience
Active PHRN or relevant Medical Allied license
Must have CCS, CPC, or CIC certification with Inpatient Coding expertise
Strong knowledge of Inpatient Coding standards and guidelines
Excellent attention to detail and quality
Comfortable working in a Non-Voice environment
Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality audits of Inpatient Coding records
Review coded medical records for accuracy and compliance
Identify coding errors and quality gaps
Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
Ensure adherence to applicable coding guidelines and standards
Support coding accuracy and process improvement initiatives
Maintain proper QA/audit documentation
