Are you passionate about sales, lead generation, and building strong client relationships? We're looking for motivated and results-driven Business Development Associates / Lead Generation Specialists to help expand our client base by promoting innovative HR and Payroll Solutions to businesses across the Philippines.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients and creating sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities include:

Promote and introduce our HR and Payroll solutions to businesses across the Philippines.
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and marketing campaigns.
Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities by providing excellent customer support.
Schedule appointments and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
Conduct cold calls, follow-up calls, emails, and other outreach activities to engage potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM and lead management tools.
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field (Marketing, Business Management, or related courses are an advantage).
At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.
Strong experience generating leads through sales and marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong customer service and client engagement abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and lead generation or CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
Background in Payroll Solutions, HR Software, HR Services, or HR Technology.
Experience in telesales or cold calling.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems.
