Role Overview:

We are seeking a Training Content Designer to develop training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas. You will analyze employee learning needs, partner with subject matter experts, and create engaging e-learning modules and training videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze employee learning needs and partner with SMEs and business management for course content.

Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training.

Provide instruction and guidance to trainers; facilitate training during new course introductions.

Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training effectiveness.

Design computer-based training programs using Articulate Storyline and Rise.

Create storyboards and manage end-to-end content development.

Develop training videos and e-learning modules independently.

Qualifications:

At least 1–2 years relevant experience – required.

Proficient/advanced in Articulate Storyline (able to handle complex builds) – required.

High-level design using Articulate Rise – required.

Can create storyboards and manage end-to-end content development – required.

Able to independently develop training content from start to finish (videos and e-learnings) – required.

Portfolio required – mandatory.

Knowledge of Synthesia is a plus.

Must be knowledgeable in e-learning development.

Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, or related tools).

Background in Content Writing Skills.
