ServiceNow HRSD Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive automation initiatives, and contribute to enterprise-wide digital transformation projects.

This is a Hybrid role based in Quezon City, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days work-from-home, with a Night Shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
Configure and manage Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer, and HRSD modules.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST APIs and other integration technologies.
Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes for ServiceNow development.
Develop and execute automated testing using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Collaborate with multiple product teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Work with Azure DevOps to manage user stories, releases, deployments, and project tracking.
Communicate platform updates, new features, and process improvements to end users.
Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and development standards.
Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
Hands-on experience with:
- Flow Designer
- Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Service Catalog Development
- API Integration and Testing
- ServiceNow Deployment
Experience with Azure Fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.
Experience working with multiple product teams and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Experience with enterprise platform integrations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and governance.
Exposure to automation and digital transformation initiatives.
