Are you an accomplished Cybersecurity Engineer with deep expertise in SIEM, SOAR, security automation, and threat detection?

We're looking for a high-caliber Security Engineer (SIEM & SOAR) | Associate Manager to lead security engineering initiatives for global client environments. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with people and delivery leadership while helping transform modern security operations through automation and advanced detection capabilities.

What You'll Lead

Security Engineering & Architecture

Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise-scale SIEM and SOAR solutions.
Define security monitoring strategies, detection roadmaps, and automation initiatives.
Establish engineering standards, operational processes, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Oversee complex integrations across cloud, endpoint, identity, network, and security technologies.

Security Operations Transformation

Drive automation initiatives that improve threat detection, response times, coverage, and operational efficiency.
Partner with SOC leadership, threat hunting teams, and client stakeholders to mature security operations.
Identify emerging cyber threats and recommend improvements to detection and response strategies.
Support security audits, compliance initiatives, risk management, and governance requirements.

People & Delivery Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop cybersecurity engineering professionals.
Manage project delivery, staffing, stakeholder engagement, and client communications.
Provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and oversight across multiple security initiatives.
Build team capability through coaching, technical training, knowledge sharing, and career development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of relevant cybersecurity experience, with strong SIEM and/or SOAR engineering expertise.
2–3 years of people management, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
Proven experience delivering cybersecurity engineering projects and client engagements.
Strong understanding of enterprise security operations and security engineering principles.

Technical Expertise

Experience with one or more leading SIEM platforms, such as:

Splunk
Microsoft Sentinel
Google SecOps
IBM QRadar
ArcSight

You should also bring:

Proven experience leading SOAR and security automation programs.
Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash.
Advanced knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and CIS Controls.
Strong understanding of threat detection and incident response methodologies.
Experience with cloud security, security architecture, and enterprise security operations.
