Location: Parañaque City, Metro Manila (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Experience: 4–7 Years
Shift: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior CIS Functional Support Analyst to design, implement, and support SAP integration solutions between enterprise systems and client applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP functional modules, interface development, data mapping, system integration, and testing. You will collaborate with business users, clients, and technical teams to deliver reliable integration solutions and ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business and integration requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
Design and document interface solutions, technical specifications, and data mappings.
Develop and maintain SAP interface mappings using standard SAP tables and BAPIs.
Perform testing activities including Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
Coordinate with development teams to resolve integration issues and ensure solution quality.
Support interface deployment, production monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Configure and support file transfer protocols including SFTP, API, CPI, and AS2.
Work with SAP SD, MM, and EWM modules to support end-to-end business processes.
Create technical documentation, test scripts, and implementation documents.
Drive continuous improvements in integration processes and system performance.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
4–7 years of relevant SAP Functional/Interface experience.
Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementation or interface projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and EWM modules.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Important Notes

Hybrid work setup: 3 days onsite in Parañaque City.
Mid Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Current or former employees of the client and candidates with active applications are not eligible.
TOR and Diploma are required during the hiring process.
