Location: Taguig City (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Salary: Up to PHP 150,000

Schedule: EMEA / Mid-shift

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lead to provide functional support and enhance our client’s SAP OTC solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, with a strong understanding of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Logistics. This role focuses on driving system stability, process optimization, and client satisfaction in a global enterprise setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP OTC processes, ensuring smooth daily operations and issue resolution.

Handle incidents, service requests, and enhancements while ensuring system stability.

Drive process improvements, automation, and optimization within OTC.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, PS) to deliver integrated solutions.

Prepare documentation, functional specs, and test scripts for updates and change requests.

Mentor support teams and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience specializing in SAP OTC processes.

Expertise in ECC and SAP S/4HANA with focus on support and enhancements.

Strong knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing.

Solid integration experience with SAP FICO, MM, and related modules.

Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.

Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.

Must not be a present or former employee of CGI.

Should not have a record of short-term job hopping (less than 1 year per company).

Willing to work hybrid (2–3 days onsite in McKinley, Taguig) on a mid-shift schedule.
