Are you an experienced Operations Lead with strong expertise in TSYS, production support, and banking systems? We are looking for a highly skilled technical leader who can oversee mission-critical payment operations, drive incident resolution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high system availability and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

As the Operations Lead, you will serve as the technical authority for production operations, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of enterprise banking platforms.

Your key responsibilities include:

Act as the primary technical authority in reviewing and challenging TSYS-proposed solutions.
Evaluate solution designs, including scalability, system resilience, failover capability, and performance metrics such as transaction throughput.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure TSYS solutions align with business and banking requirements.
Bridge operational ticket management with deep technical analysis to accelerate issue resolution.
Lead production support activities and provide hands-on leadership during operational and incident calls.
Drive technical escalations using data-driven analysis and recommendations.
Perform incident triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
Identify operational risks, system bottlenecks, and recurring issues while implementing preventive measures.
Ensure seamless delivery of L2 support and production operations.
Monitor system performance and proactively mitigate risks affecting business continuity.
Coordinate effectively with TSYS and other ecosystem partners to resolve critical production issues.
Continuously improve operational processes, technical documentation, and service quality.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in production support, technical operations, or banking operations.
Extensive experience working with TSYS platforms.
Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and production incident management.
Solid knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
Experience supporting enterprise payment or banking systems.
Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Stable employment history (not a job hopper).
