Insurance Voice Agent - EXL Alabang - 24K + Benefits - Virtual Interview*
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa - Onsite | Salary: Up to PHP 24,000 Package

*YOUR ROLE:*
- Provide support for insurance-related customer concerns
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Assist customers with policy, claims, and account information
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
- Meet quality and performance metrics
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
- Education: At least Senior High School Graduate
- Experience: At least 1 year of BPO Voice experience required
- Communication: Good English communication skills
- Work Setup: Amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
- Schedule: Willing to work on a shifting schedule
