Customer Experience Specialist – Retail Account
Job Description: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers of a leading retail brand. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customers receive timely and effective support across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service through voice, chat, or email support.
Resolve order, delivery, payment, and account-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company policies and service procedures.
Contribute to team goals for customer satisfaction and performance.
Qualifications:
High school/ SHS Graduate/College Graduate with or without BPO experience.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service or retail is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
