Retail Customer Service Representative

We are looking for candidates to join our Retail Account team. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing support regarding products and services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications:

• No call center experience required

• High School / Senior High School graduate

• Preferably a college graduate (any course)

• Excellent communication skills

• Must be 18 years old and above

• Filipino citizen or holder of relevant status

• Willing to start immediately

Salary:

• ₱21,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Assist customers with account-related concerns

• Deliver quality customer service and maintain customer satisfaction

• Follow company policies and procedures while resolving concerns
