Retail Sales and Customer Care Associate

Job Description: Join our team as a Retail Sales and Customer Care Associate and help customers with their shopping and post-purchase needs. You will provide product information, resolve concerns, process requests, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Provide accurate product and service information.

Assist with billing, order modifications, and promotions.

Escalate complex concerns when necessary.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications:

At least a high school graduate/Shs graduate with or without call centre experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
