HIRING: CSR – Online Video Sharing (Project-Based, 4 Months)

Site: Vertis North, Quezon City
Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Online Video Sharing Account
Salary Package: ₱22,000 (All-In)
Completion Bonus: ₱25,000
Qualifications:
Completed at least 2 years in College (no back subjects)
At least 6 months BPO experience
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work onsite at Vertis North
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Must not have been connected with an Online Search Engine account within 3 months prior to joining date
Open to project-based employment for 4 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone, chat, or email support
- Address account-related concerns and inquiries
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
- Maintain quality customer service and meet performance targets
- Follow company policies and account guidelines
