About the Role

We are hiring experienced Capital Markets Operations professionals to support global trade settlement activities. This role is responsible for managing the complete trade settlement lifecycle, resolving exceptions, monitoring inventory positions, and ensuring seamless coordination with Front Office, Middle Office, European Operations, and external counterparties.

If you have experience in Trade Settlements, Securities Operations, Investment Banking Operations, or Post-Trade Operations, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Perform pre-matching and trade matching activities.
Monitor and resolve unmatched trades and settlement exceptions.
Investigate settlement breaks and drive timely resolutions.
Manage inventory positions, reconciliations, and stock movements.
Process depot transfers and support trade lifecycle events.
Handle claims investigations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor operational risks and escalate critical issues promptly.
Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, brokers, and counterparties.
Ensure trade accuracy while meeting strict settlement deadlines.

Required Qualifications

Mandatory Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Trade Settlements
- Capital Markets Operations
- Securities Operations
- Investment Banking Operations
- Post-Trade Operations
- Trade Support

Technical Skills

Trade Matching
Settlement Processing
Trade Lifecycle Management
Exception Management
Inventory Management
Reconciliation
Break Resolution
Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Soft Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria

Must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.

Willing to work 100% Onsite in Taguig.

Willing to work Night Shift.

Must NOT be a current or former Accenture employee.

Must NOT have an active Accenture Workday profile.
