Job Title: Portfolio Analyst
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite – Quezon City)
Shift: Night Shift
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst to support IT portfolio governance and performance management. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration within a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support portfolio governance, planning, and performance tracking across IT initiatives.
- Assist in prioritizing projects based on strategic alignment, resource capacity, and business impact.
- Analyze portfolio, delivery, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Azure DevOps and Power BI for executive-level insights.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems.
- Track dependencies, monitor progress, and proactively highlight risks to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve portfolio transparency and reporting processes.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, governance, or data analytics.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI (data modeling, dashboards).
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and translating insights into business value.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel, or similar tools is an advantage.
