Job Title: Portfolio Analyst

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite – Quezon City)

Shift: Night Shift

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst to support IT portfolio governance and performance management. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration within a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support portfolio governance, planning, and performance tracking across IT initiatives.
Assist in prioritizing projects based on strategic alignment, resource capacity, and business impact.
Analyze portfolio, delivery, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Azure DevOps and Power BI for executive-level insights.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems.
Track dependencies, monitor progress, and proactively highlight risks to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve portfolio transparency and reporting processes.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
At least 3+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, governance, or data analytics.
Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI (data modeling, dashboards).
Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and translating insights into business value.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel, or similar tools is an advantage.
