Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Architect – SAP Quality Management (QM) in Cebu to support business transformation through SAP Quality Management solutions. The role involves analyzing existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, gathering high-level requirements, designing technology-enabled solutions, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to align SAP QM capabilities with organizational objectives and drive efficient quality management processes.

Key Responsibilities

SAP QM Solution Expertise: Work independently as an SAP Quality Management (QM) Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing to team discussions and providing effective solutions to business and system-related challenges.
Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing quality management processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Requirements & Solution Design: Gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM and technology-enabled business solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to facilitate shared understanding, align requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery.
Transformation & Change Management: Support business case development, change management initiatives, project implementation, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication throughout transformation programs.

Required Skills

SAP Quality Management (QM) – Expert proficiency and hands-on experience with SAP QM.
Quality Management Processes – Strong knowledge of quality management principles and their application within enterprise systems.
Quality Control Solution Design – Experience designing and implementing quality control processes aligned with business objectives.
Business Requirements & Process Improvement – Ability to analyze complex requirements, translate them into technology solutions, and apply process improvement methodologies.
Stakeholder & Communication Skills – Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant SAP Quality Management (QM) experience.
Strong understanding of SAP QM and enterprise quality management processes.
Experience in business process analysis and solution design.
Ability to work independently and contribute as an SME.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates should be willing to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu with a shifting/rotational schedule.

Important Notes

Minimum 2 years of SAP QM experience is required.
