Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to support the administration, monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of SAP systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge of SAP Basis Administration and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Basis Administration

Perform day-to-day SAP Basis Administration activities.
Monitor SAP systems and ensure smooth and reliable system operations.
Perform SAP system configuration and support application requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and system-related issues.
Support SAP application design, build, and configuration activities.

System Monitoring & Performance

Monitor system performance, availability, and overall health.
Perform performance tuning to improve SAP system efficiency.
Identify and troubleshoot system performance issues.
Analyze technical problems and implement appropriate solutions.
Support system reliability and stability improvements.

Collaboration & Technical Support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of SAP systems.
Understand technical requirements and provide appropriate SAP Basis support.
Participate in technical discussions and problem-solving activities.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve system-related incidents and issues.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Basis Administration.
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Apply relevant SAP Basis best practices and innovative approaches.
Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP support processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SAP Basis Administration.
Strong knowledge of SAP Basis Administration and SAP system operations.
Experience in SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of SAP application design, configuration, and technical support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Proven ability to support and deliver effective SAP solutions.
