Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP LE Transportation to evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business requirements into effective business and technology solutions.

The role involves working closely with business and technology stakeholders to support transformation initiatives, develop business cases, drive continuous improvement, and ensure successful delivery of strategic projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to ensure successful delivery.
Take ownership of team-level decisions and provide solutions to complex business challenges.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key business and technology decisions.
Provide solutions to problems across the immediate team and multiple teams.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Evaluate existing business processes and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and best practices.
Support transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
Develop comprehensive business cases to support business and technology initiatives.
Translate business requirements into effective and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
Mentor team members and promote professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP LE Transportation.
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes within transportation management.
Experience designing and implementing business solutions integrated with SAP transportation modules.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in process modeling and business case development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP LE Transportation.
Strong understanding of transportation management and supply chain processes.
Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.
Strong SME and stakeholder management capabilities.
