Are you a licensed USRN with leadership drive and Utilization Management expertise? Step into a high-impact leadership role with our Hartford Account. As USRN Program Manager, you will leverage your clinical authority to drive quality determinations, optimize operational workflows, and mentor a top-tier team of healthcare professionals.

Core Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Utilization Management guidelines, medical necessity, and regulatory compliance.

Team & Process Oversight: Direct daily operations, coach clinical staff, and ensure key performance and quality metrics are consistently met.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner directly with leadership and client stakeholders to streamline clinical processes and resolve operational bottlenecks.

What We Look For

Credentials:

Active USRN License (Any US State or Territory) in good standing.

Experience:

1+ year of recent clinical, hospital, or bedside nursing experience.

2+ years of Utilization Management (UM) experience in a BPO or healthcare setting.

2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience leading clinical operations.
