What You'll Do

Provide outstanding customer support in Spanish through phone, email, or chat.
Assist customers with account-related inquiries and financial service requests.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.
Meet service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

Filipino applicants only
Completed at least 2 years of college
6 months to 1 year of BPO experience (Financial account experience is preferred)
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong English communication skills
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Willing to work 100% onsite in MOA, Pasay City
