About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) Senior Consultant to join our growing SAP team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting and implementing SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with deep expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality SAP solutions while driving continuous improvements across business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD).
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP production issues.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
Configure and maintain SAP SD modules based on business requirements.
Support SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
Design scalable SAP solutions aligned with business processes.
Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support deployment activities and provide post-go-live production support.
Deliver end-user training and documentation.
Participate in SAP solution reviews and process improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior SAP consultants and provide technical guidance.
Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams including MM, FI/CO, PP, WM, and Basis.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project delivery.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline

Experience

10-15 years of SAP experience
Extensive experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
Strong functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD)
Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes
Proven experience in SAP implementation, application support, maintenance, and enhancements
Strong experience in SAP SD configuration
Experience analyzing and improving business processes
Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills

SAP SD Certification
SAP S/4HANA Transformation or Migration experience
