About the Role

We're hiring Capital Markets Operations - Asset Management Senior Analysts to join a global financial operations team supporting Corporate Actions across international markets. If you have hands-on experience in Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions, Trade Settlements, Asset Servicing, or Investment Banking Operations, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced capital markets environment.

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Process Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action events across the complete event lifecycle, including announcement, record date, election, and payment.
Perform end-to-end Corporate Actions processing, ensuring accurate entitlement calculations and timely client payments.
Investigate and resolve corporate action breaks, exceptions, reconciliation issues, and settlement discrepancies.
Monitor system queues and ensure all Corporate Action events are processed within SLA.
Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Trade Support, Custodians, Prime Brokerage teams, and external counterparties.
Support audits, risk reviews, UAT activities, process improvements, and documentation updates.
Act as a subject matter expert for Corporate Actions, market practices, and asset servicing operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience handling Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions within an Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Custody, or Trade Operations environment.
Strong experience in end-to-end Corporate Actions processing, including entitlement calculations, event lifecycle management, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience working with Trade Settlements, Asset Servicing, Custody Operations, or Securities Operations is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig on a night shift schedule.
