Position: QA Lead (Quality Assurance)
Location: Alphaland or McKinley, Manila - Onsite
Schedule: Graveyard Shift
Salary: Open/Competitive (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Role Overview
We're looking for licensed US Registered Nurses with QA experience to lead quality initiatives in our healthcare operations. As an experienced QA Lead you'll ensure quality and compliance in medical documentation review.
Key Responsibilities

Review and verify medical reports for accuracy and compliance

Maintain and update documentation systems
-
Communicate with stakeholders regarding quality standards

Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Lead quality assurance initiatives and mentor team members
Relevant Requirements and Skills
License & Experience:
-
Active USRN License (minimum 6 months validity remaining)
-
1+ year in medical accounts (clerical/administrative support)
-
6 months to 1 year QA experience (required)

Experience handling or reviewing medical data/documentation
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
